When will my order ship?

All orders are processed within 2-5 business days then shipped within 1 business day from our studio in Pelham, NY. 


Orders are shipped Monday - Friday.


We are not responsible for any USPS shipping delays. ​


For wholesale orders and terms, please contact us directly.

Which carrier do you use?

We ship our orders primary via USPS and sometimes via UPS and FedEx.

Tracking information is provided with every order.

What is your return policy?

Currently, we are not accepting any product exchanges or returns.

Cancellations

We accept cancellations within 24 hours unless items have been shipped. Unfortunately, we are unable to make any changes once your order has shipped.


Send an email to info@honeynotes.shop with your name and order number requesting your order be cancelled. 

What happens if my products arrive damaged?

If the product arrives damaged we will send a replacement product.

Please email a photo of the damaged item within 72 hours of the product’s delivery

(as determined by USPS tracking data) along with your name and order number
