Shipping & Returns
Exchanges/Returns: In an attempt to reduce the spread of COVID-19 we are not accepting any product exchanges or returns at this time.
Damaged Products: If the product arrives damaged we will send a replacement product. Please email a photo of the damaged item within 72 hours of the product’s delivery (as determined by USPS tracking data) along with your name and order number to firstname.lastname@example.org.
All orders are processed in 1-5 business days.
We use USPS to ship all our products.
Please allow up to 7 business days for standard shipping.
If you need to change or update your order's shipping address please contact us at email@example.com with the new address, name, and order #. Unfortunately, we're unable to make any changes once your order has shipped.
Orders are shipped Monday to Saturday. We're not responsible for any USPS shipping delays.
We offer international shipping.
