By booking and submitting payment to participate in a candle making or other workshop at Honey Notes, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to the terms of this Liability Waiver & Release.

Assumption of Risk

I understand that participation in candle making or related activities involves the use of hot wax, fragrance oils, glassware, tools, and other materials that may cause burns, allergic reactions, spills, or other injuries. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with participating in these activities.

Health and Allergy Disclaimer

I understand that certain fragrances, oils, or materials may cause allergic reactions or sensitivities. It is my responsibility to disclose any allergies or sensitivities prior to participating.

Release of Liability

I hereby release and hold harmless Shynae Nicole LLC d/b/a Honey Notes, its owners, employees, contractors, and agents from any and all claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising out of or related to participation in any workshop, class, or event at Honey Notes.

Property Damage & Personal Belongings

I acknowledge responsibility for any personal items brought into the premises and for any damages I may cause to Honey Notes property or materials.

Photo & Video Release

By participating in any event, I grant permission for Shynae Nicole LLC d/b/a Honey Notes to use photographs and video recordings taken during workshops or events for marketing, social media, or promotional purposes, without compensation.

Acknowledgment

I have read and understood this waiver and voluntarily agree to its terms by booking and/or submitting payment for participation.
