What is your return policy?Â
Currently, we are not accepting any product exchanges or returns for our retail store.Â
Cancellations
We accept cancellations within 24 hours unless items have been shipped. Unfortunately, we are unable to make any changes once your order has shipped.
Send an email to info@honeynotes.shop with your name and order number requesting your order be cancelled.Â
What happens if my products arrive damaged?
If the product arrives damaged we will send a replacement product.
Please email a photo of the damaged item within 72 hours of the product’s delivery
(as determined by USPS tracking data) along with your name and order numberÂ
Candle Bar Late and Cancellation Policy
We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 3 days before the beginning of your appointment.
Late Policy:
To ensure that every guest enjoys the complete candle-making experience, we regretfully cannot accommodate guests arriving more than 15 minutes late. If you anticipate a delay, we recommend rescheduling for a later date.Â
You have the flexibility to reschedule your class by email info@honeynotes.shop and requesting a new appointment date and time. Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations must be made within 72 hours of scheduled appointment to receive a full refund. Cancellations after 72 hours will result in a store credit that can be used within 60 days to schedule appointment. Specialty Events are not subject to store credit.Â
